I've done it again. Really sorry. If the turn report isn't too far in I'd like to add a simple action.
- Seed the mountain range with what are considered precious gems as well as a new kind of nutritious ore.
I hope as well irl you're doing well.

It's all good, I actually haven't progressed that far at all. 8 week old child and all, not like that's an excuse though.Guineapig004 wrote: ↑Wed May 13, 2020 1:15 pmI've done it again. Really sorry. If the turn report isn't too far in I'd like to add a simple action.

When you say "nutritious ore", is it nutritious to the Rockbeasts, or to everything else, or what are you attempting to do here?

Nutritious to carbon based beings: not the rock beasts, they get regular rock rich rock.BakedToast wrote: ↑Sat May 16, 2020 3:11 pmIt's all good, I actually haven't progressed that far at all. 8 week old child and all, not like that's an excuse though.Guineapig004 wrote: ↑Wed May 13, 2020 1:15 pmI've done it again. OOC: Finally, you have returned.
Kipp decides to make an another relative to jamjams. She modifies them to be quite alot longer, extends small protrusions through the sap of the plant ,and adds small seeds incased in a fleshy membrane to be fruits. She names them Jamlamus. She plants a patch of them at a convinient spot and watches them grow.
Kipp looks at herself. She realises that flying can be a really great way to get around. She then takes an Integ and elongates and strengtens its legs. Then she creates protrusions of soft tissue in the shape of a birds feathers attached to them to form four wings. She decreases their size and the thickness of their exoskeleton to make them more lightweight. She names them Intarea. These animal take flight by using quad-launch, similar to a pterosaur. They shall feed on the fruits of the jamlamus plant and spread its seeds, and may supplement their diet with other soft plant matter they find. She releases a swarm of them and watches them spread.
Kipp then looks at the trees of the marshlands. They could provide a source of nutrition to a new species. She takes a Stomping Integ, and makes so that its mandibles protrude from two long and flexible tentacles. She then makes it larger and elongates its legs even further. She makes its hooves wider to avoid sinking and enlarges its digestive system to make it easier for it to digest its food. She names them Interrafe then releases a herd of them to the marshlands and watchs them disperse.
OOC:I just noticed that I am limiting myself to the marsland (with the exception of Corteg and Jollofero). So I am declaring Kipp to be the Goddess of the Marshes. This is not to grant me free points, just a subtitle.

Heh, even with a roll of 11, the dance worked out flawlessly.
Definitely gonna use that new instrument to taunt the other gods, oh and maybe to gain favor with later sentients.
Also just realized the blood is a REALLY good set up move.
- Modify Lobsters to butcher animals effectively (Claws,Mandible, or both is fine)
- Lobsters prey upon all all species except the glutton lizards trapped in coagulated blood
- Metallic Spikes can become infused with lobster blood allowing them to create a connective network to send information between them.
- Give the glutton lizards a total of five eyes in a pattern similar to Opabinia, Two Forward, two angled forward on side, one on top for some intense Depth perception and to watch for Lobsters.
- Glutton lizards cover themselves in the foul smelling blood to ward off the parasites

Re: Local gods - Theistic Evolution Game (Kisiwa: 1600 BD)
flora will try to right her wrong. In the forest, she creates the Fleef, small winged creatures that eat the leaves of plants. Their wings look like leaves to assist with camouflage, and their bodies look like stems. Their mouth looks like the rest of its body, except it opens in two parts, making it able to bite off pieces of leaves. They reproduce by laying eggs on leaves, they are parthenogenic. Flora hopes this will add another herbivore species to the forest to stop the collapse. In case one isn’t enough, Flora makes another species, the Weop, the Weop are legless scaled creatures that dig for seeds and roots to eat, in the process, aerating the soil. Their mouths are able to crunch through seed coatings. They reproduce via binary fission. After creating the herbivores, Flora thinks it wouldn’t hurt to add a new plant, more producers would mean more food for the herbivores. Flora makes the Sticker, a plant that looks like a ball of leaves. Its seeds secrete a sticky glue that lets it stick to and be carried by various animals. If it’s cut off from the roots, the leaf ball will roll to a new area and root again, while the roots that the leaves were cut from start growing new leaves
((Does moving them count as an action itself or can I do a third modification and move them as my third action? Either way is fine, just let me know)) Question answered

In theory, I think you could bend the rules such that you lump all the “evolutions” in this case into one action. However, the more complex an action is, the more ways it has of going sideways in ways you might not expect. So either way you want to phrase it could work. Anything extremely distinct from something else should be considered a second action.naturegirl1999 wrote: ↑Sun May 24, 2020 12:33 am((Does moving them count as an action itself or can I do a third modification and move them as my third action? Actually, the dance action describes you crushing and destroying your prior-made instrument under your own feet. So unfortunately you don’t have it anymore...Alexcat989 wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 5:33 amHeh, even with a roll of 11, the dance worked out flawlessly.

As per prior determined discussion, I am currently capping actions at 3. You can definitely save some for next century though!Alexcat989 wrote: ↑Sat May 23, 2020 5:33 am

You’ll see... you’ll see. Although the gods might find out too late.
