Hi. I don't know of any tipa, but there are plenty of forum games you could try
I'm gonna put the last thing I copied here. Will change each time I visit for variety

You can;

Increase the mutation rate.

Decrease the breeding range.

There are more, complex, harder ways to do it. But you must discover them :!:

Using the radiation tools and raising the water level on a hilly map to create multiple islands should help, you could also get the game to start with random creatures in the start option I think.
