Civilisations

Post by Alpha » Sat Jan 24, 2015 10:11 pm

So I have had an idea about a new forum game. It would be a turn based game based on (you guessed it!) founding, exploring and expanding your own custom made civilisations. You can do a variety of things per turn, which would cost points that you gain over time, like founding a religion, building wonders of the world, and other things like that. I have a map, which is here, but I may need some help writing up the turns. Also guys please help me work out the specifics of each turn!
I probably wont post for a little while (at least until i figure out exactly what to do, but feel free to start making civilisations!). Maximum number of civs should be about seven, with one person running each civ. If a member is not present for a turn then it is temporarily voted for by me/my helpers, and if they go for more than two turns without voting then their civ is given to another.

Sound interesting, although I have no idea how to start. I can give you a name though: Austrotzka

Bore him and you will find you're crumpled up and thrown away
Clinging to fate and blaming it when life won't go your way
Such a laugh, HA! Life is just a game!

I'd love a game like this, and I'm quite willing to help, but you already have 2 games running, so are you sure you can dedicate yourself to a third?

Probably humans, as I want it be realistic and also I dont want anyone to have advantages over the other.

Like the ancient egyptians, or the greeks, that sort of thing.

This will take a while to sort out, and so it will probably start after Droetis finishes.
