Also FYI, photosynthesis is not possible On this planet. No light is able to get inside of the caverns. Eyes are also not possible.

Litotrophy the one that is based on sulfur... I trust that there are amounts of it in our water?

It's is quite slow, as it is only caused by the convection of the water that is heated by the geothermal vents.

Whelp, guess I'm with Kopout in team Fremulon then.

Kinetosynthesis? If we're going to be generating energy through movement then let's crank that baby up; Tweak our shape for more movement in the water spewed from the vents, like a simple whirligig.
