We need to be capable of moving to land... Since we can crawl across the slime, what is the major factor

currently limiting us? It's not really moisture retention, since we have the scales. But I feel like we are missing something.

At this point you can go on land, you won't dessicate, and you sort of have live birth so eggs aren't an issue. The only problem is that your species is fairly mobile unwater but pretty clumsy on land. Its generally not to your benefit.


Also no turn this weekend, I have my hardest exam on the coming monday so I need all the weekend. I'll try for a turn on next wednesday.

Sex Vote: Develop a simple Linguistic system for audible communication above water. (Similar to the "language" of chickens, in which various sounds indicate various things, such as "Food Here", "Predator Underwater", "Look at Me") I say above water because I have a feeling that underwater communication is not only audibly hampered, but also we then have a risk of underwater predators locating us by sound.

Vote: Develop a sharp drill-shaped "flesh" tooth similar to an egg tooth to make it more easier to tunnel out from their hosts as to increase the survival of the Virim Youngs as most of their deaths seem to died while within the corpse of the Virim victims.

Just some intra-team banter here, but I am planning to use my personal votes as often as possible to push us on a path that may, if we get lucky, lead to sapience. Just figured I'd put that out there.
