UI overlap bug.

Something I've noticed with this game for a while is that, when UI overlaps for whatever reason, instead of simply effecting what is perceived as the "top layer", the UI tends to have you interact with both layers at once.

Examples: When you zoom out in the clade diagram with the button, if you held-down cursor crosses over a living species it will teleport you to them, even though the zoom button is on top.

With the map screen on, you can open the colorcoding filters. But the colorcoding box has expanded to overlap the map a bit, and when you click the far right colorcoding options it will teleport you on the map as well.

This bug seems to effect... pretty much any time UI overlaps, no real exceptions I am aware of.

Wait shit I already reported this and forgot. Sorry Quasar. This is the same bug as the overlapping menus bug reported earlier.
