I'm honestly surprised that no one wants (to download)these guys, I tried drowning them and freezing them, that completley failed as you can see, then burning and drying them (this left 4 species of them with populations in the hundreds) finally I just gave up and started worshiping the things....

Are they literally unkillable? As in, can survive indefinately in the complete absense of plants?

If so, I'd like to download them, because that would be positive evidence of a bug of some description. :P

No, they are just nigh-unkillable as long as you leave them a few blades of grass they won't die...

You can starve them but that takes a while it seems, and they can move to new areas of grass rapidly....

I just saw this. I would be interested in downloading these guys, but I don't actually play Species (I'm in here for the air conditioning apparently) yet.
Seriously, with all that happened recently I should try to orient my unproductiveness toward this rather than just doing nothing all day. :?

Your image's captions are already excellent by themselves. ;)
At this point, we shouldn't be surprised by anything nature does. She's like a meth addict whose drug-fueled rampages unfold in slow motion and span millions of years.
